COZI's Products Limited Warranty

COZI's commits to giving our customers high quality products. All COZI products have a limited lifetime warranty. We warrant our customers for one (1) year guaranteed from the date of purchase. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective, we will repair or replace it without any charge.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

• Normal wear, tear and scratches of product use. 

• Misuse, improper care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use, or natural disaster, such as earthquakes. 

• other than those authorized by COZI.  [PRODUCT CARE] Damage caused by any type of improper repair or maintenance.

• Product that has been modified or altered in any way other than those authorized by COZI.
